Job description
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for multiple teams (Scrum + Kanban)
- Support 3 Agile teams simultaneously, ensuring alignment and delivery success
- Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, execution, release coordination, and post-release validation
- Track and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams
- Drive release and incident management activities, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain Jira dashboards, reports, and Confluence documentation
- Write and utilize JQL/SQL queries to generate actionable insights and delivery metrics
- Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including delivery status and key risks
- Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency, including leveraging AI tools for productivity
Requirements
Location: Wilmington, DE Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $65.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, release management, and Jira reporting, and can effectively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations., * 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Program Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks in complex environments
- Proven experience supporting multiple Agile teams concurrently
- Advanced Jira & Confluence expertise, including dashboards, reporting, and backlog management
- Experience managing release cycles, incidents, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to quantify impact and improve delivery outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
- Experience owning delivery forecasts, roadmaps, and release plans
- Strong understanding of SDLC and release management practices
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services (nice to have)
- Ability to work in regulated or risk-sensitive environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance team productivity and reporting
