Job description

Do you want to join the Product Development Team at AlphaTauri, a premium lifestyle brand, and play a key role in shaping innovative outerwear collections while enhancing our development processes? Then this is for you!

In this role you'll collaborate with Design, Suppliers, and Sourcing to deliver outstanding outerwear products for both menswear and womenswear. RESPONSIBILITIES

Areas that play to your strengths

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • In this role, you'll own the end-to-end development process for the menswear and womenswear outerwear collections, ensuring alignment with the design vision, innovation goals, performance and premium product requirements, as well as commercial objectives.
  • You'll work closely with the Design, Sourcing, and Pattern teams to translate creative concepts into feasible, high-quality products. You will provide strong technical expertise and support key decision-making throughout the development process.
  • You'll collaborate closely with suppliers in Asia to drive efficient product development, optimize sourcing processes, and ensure that cost targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
  • You'll oversee product quality across all stages, from initial development and sampling through to final production. In close collaboration with the Quality team, you will ensure consistency, adherence to standards, and premium execution.
  • As part of your role, you'll work closely with product developers and the creative team, providing guidance and decision-making support to designers and product managers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in outerwear or technical apparel product development.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Strong knowledge of outerwear construction, technical fabrics, membranes, and functional materials.

  • Experience working with international suppliers in Europe and Asia, including factory visits and production follow-up.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.

  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Illustrator; PLM knowledge is a plus.

  • Proactive, hands-on team player with a passion for fashion and functional wear.

  • Travel 0-10%
