Cabling/Infrastructure Project Manager

We're seeking an experienced Cabling / Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of network infrastructure projects within a secure, high-profile environment.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote working and regular on-site delivery in Aldermaston, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing planning, coordination, and hands-on project oversight., * Lead end-to-end delivery of cabling and infrastructure projects (copper & fibre)

• Oversee installation works, containment, and associated infrastructure on-site
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and site safety standards
• Act as the primary interface between client, engineers, and stakeholders
• Manage project timelines, risks, and commercial performance
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Produce and manage key documentation (scope, designs, change control)
• Drive high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction

• Proven experience delivering cabling, telecoms, or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of:

• Copper & fibre cabling systems
• Containment and installation design principles

• Experience working in site-based and client-facing environments
• Solid knowledge of CDM regulations and H&S compliance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving approach

• Experience working in secure or MOD environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure design and change control processes
• Relevant telecoms or project management certifications
