Job description
- Lead and mentor the Java development team
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications
- Review code and ensure best development practices
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
- Drive architecture and technical decisions
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java (Java 8/11/17+)
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Microservices
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
- Strong knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of Kafka / RabbitMQ messaging systems
- Strong understanding of System Design & Architecture
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Good knowledge of Design Patterns and clean coding practices
