Job description
- Lead Discovery: Run discovery sessions to understand customer root causes and map them to Salesforce capabilities.
- Design and Demo: Build and present solution concepts and demonstrations linked to clear business outcomes.
- Co-create Solutions: Build on the Salesforce platform alongside customers and our Builder Teams.
- Coordinate the Solution Cycle: Work with your Account Executive and specialists across the portfolio to keep the customer experience cohesive and outcome-focused.
- Build Trust: Explain Salesforce's value clearly to audiences ranging from hands-on users to senior decision makers.
- Support Pipeline Generation: Contribute to customer workshops, briefings, and industry events.
- Grow the Craft: Share what you learn openly and help evolve how Solution Engineering is practised in the age of AI.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a role where technology and process meet, such as innovation, consulting, or a presales-adjacent position.
- A genuine interest in building, and curiosity for how solutions work behind the scenes.
- Ability to explain complex topics simply and present clearly to a range of audiences.
- Awareness of how systems connect (APIs, data flows, or integration concepts), with the ability to sketch simple architectures to reason about solutions.
- Business-fluent German and professionally proficient English for customer-facing work.Curious, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you take initiative and learn by doing., * Hands-on interest in prototyping through low-code tools, AI agents, or coding assistants.
- Curiosity for how AI is reshaping discovery, prototyping, and the way companies automate their processes.
- Familiarity with the Austrian mid-market landscape and its buying dynamics.Exposure to CRM, CX, or Service platforms, including Salesforce or other business applications.
