Full-Stack Developer (M/F)

• Participate in the development and evolution of the Aequivalent platform, both front-end and back-end.
• Analyse business needs in collaboration with the IT Project Manager and various users.
• Design, develop, test and deploy new features and applications.
• Ensure maintenance, monitoring and continuous improvement of existing solutions.
• Contribute to the quality, performance and security of the platform as well as data protection.
• Participate in technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure continuous technological watch and follow market developments, particularly in software development, cybersecurity and information security., * A varied and responsible role within an innovative and fast-growing company.

• Federal VET Diploma in IT, equivalent diploma or significant professional experience in software development.
• Strong programming skills and keen interest in modern web technologies.
• Excellent command of French or English.
