Job description
The HRIS team is responsible for managing, deploying, and continuously improving the Group's HR tools and processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning, Compensation, Personnel Administration, etc.).
Reporting to the HRIS Manager of the Ingenico Group, the HRIS Specialist is responsible for serving as the subject matter expert for the HR Information System (SuccessFactors) and leading the implementation of new HR initiatives, processes, and tools.
In this role, the HRIS Specialist will be responsible for the HRIS at a global level, act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for system-related matters, and lead enhancement and optimization projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and user experience., * Own the operational management and project delivery of HRIS tools.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
- Prepare and execute the technical setup of annual HR cycles within the HRIS (Performance Reviews, Goal Setting, Compensation Reviews, Bonus Processes, etc.).
- Audit the HR Information System and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Anticipate, document, and implement SuccessFactors biannual releases, including new features, enhancements, and business recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions that automate and secure HR processes.
- Implement process improvements and HR policy changes to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
- Serve as the recognized global HRIS expert and system administrator.
- Ensure system security, user access and permission management, as well as data integrity and maintenance within the HRIS.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with IT teams and implementation partners to ensure reliable and high-quality deliverables.
- Work closely with HR teams to improve operational effectiveness.
- Design and deliver training programs for HRIS users.
- Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring proper follow-up.
- Lead various projects aimed at expanding and enhancing the functional scope and capabilities of the HRIS.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System security?, * At least 4 years of experience in SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
- Advanced expertise in the Employee Central module is required; experience with additional modules is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in Human Resources would be appreciated.
- Strong Excel skills are a plus.
- Ability to understand, speak, and write English in an international environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a rigorous approach to work.
- Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong willingness to develop new skills.
