Job description

  • Own the commercial implementation of MS Dynamics CRM sales processes, including functionality for distribution optimization and performance tracking
  • Monitor commercial programs, define key metrics, and identify ways to improve sales rep engagement
  • Manage product activation and sunsetting across B2B and B2C channels with GTM and demand planning
  • Identify opportunities for improved reporting, sales enablement tools, and adoption support
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and support projects tied to sales targets, KPIs, and retailer network performance
  • Support commercial program implementation and enforcement with the Outside Sales team
  • Create and organize sales collateral, maintain the European Sales & Marketing SharePoint site, and support monthly presentation materials
  • Partner cross-functionally to craft and validate sell-in strategies for new product launches

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2-4 years of working experience

  • Analytic skills, demonstrated with a Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to learn other software applications
  • Understanding of or hands-on experience using a CRM
  • Experience is preferred with analyzing data, and use of visualization tools such as PowerBI
  • Must be team oriented, and able to solve complex real-world problems in simple ways
  • Must be structured, attentive to detail, and organized
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Some technical understanding of bicycle systems preferred
  • Strong decision-maker and persuasive abilities
  • Ability to work in a dynamic working environment with complex cross-departmental structures
  • Maintain professional composure when dealing with external customers

As our Retail Network Analyst, you will turn sales strategy, market data, digital tools, and retailer performance insights into practical actions for our European sales teams. Reporting into our Senior Manager of Sales Ops in Europe, you'll help shape how Cannondale manages and grows its retail network across 15 countries, using structure and commercial insight to identify where we should expand, where performance can improve, and how our teams can work more effectively. This role goes beyond reporting on what is happening. You will help build the systems, processes, and insights that guide better decisions, from CRM adoption and PowerBI reporting to retailer program performance and commercial initiatives. If you are analytical, commercially curious, and motivated by connecting data to real-world business impact, this is a role where you can make a visible difference in how Cannondale wins across Europe. Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based in our Europe HQ in Woudenberg, Netherlands.
