Job description
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery with our Managed Service Provider and Partners, take operational ownership of Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, network and infrastructure services, and support the continuity of IT across clinical, community and retail settings. You will play a key part in maintaining resilient systems, improving service quality, and supporting the clinical and non-clinical teams who depend on technology every day.
This is a hands-on and varied position within a small and committed IT function, offering the chance to participate in shaping how our digital environment evolves and make a meaningful contribution to HitW's digital future.
