Job description
A growing Odoo Application Management Services (AMS) practice is expanding its Bristol-based support team and is looking for a Support / AMS Analyst to become the trusted first point of contact for a portfolio of live Odoo customers. This is a hybrid role with a healthy mix of structured incident management and hands-on functional problem solving - ideal for someone who enjoys keeping clients happy, untangling tricky configuration issues, and continuously improving how a busy ERP estate runs day to day., You will own and triage incoming tickets across the full Odoo suite - Accounting, Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory and Manufacturing - diagnosing issues, resolving them within agreed SLAs, and escalating to technical colleagues when development work is required. Alongside reactive support you will handle small change requests, configuration tweaks, user administration and reporting, document recurring fixes into the knowledge base, and proactively flag opportunities to optimise clients' workflows. Regular service reviews and clear written communication with non-technical stakeholders are central to the role.
Requirements
We want someone with hands-on Odoo experience - whether from an implementation, support, or super-user background - and a solid grasp of core business processes across finance, sales and supply chain. Strong analytical and troubleshooting instincts matter more than knowing every menu, and excellent communication skills are essential because you will translate between business users and technical teams every day. Familiarity with ticketing tools, SLAs, and AMS or managed-service ways of working is a real advantage, as is any exposure to Odoo Studio, basic SQL, or report writing. Candidates from broader ERP support backgrounds who are keen to specialise in Odoo are also encouraged to apply.
Benefits & conditions
A permanent role with a clear progression path into senior support, functional consulting, or technical specialisms, structured Odoo training and certification support, a genuine hybrid working pattern, and a competitive package including bonus, pension, and enhanced leave. You will join a collaborative team that invests in its people and works across a varied client base, so no two days look quite the same.
