Job description

  • Analyze collector, team, and portfolio performance
  • Monitor liquidation rates, recovery trends, and KPIs
  • Build reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Manage data imports, exports, and portfolio files
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation
  • Support inventory strategy and operational reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve recovery performance

Requirements

Do you have experience in Financial services?, To be considered, candidates must have at least 2 years of experience supporting collections, recovery operations, debt buying, legal collections, or financial services.

Candidates without collections-related experience are unlikely to be successful in this role., * Power BI
