Job description

Corvid's Range EngineeringInstrumentation team is adding an experienced System Administrator to provide direct support to a variety of systems used to support testing activities. This customer facing position will monitor system performance and provide technical expertise related to system configuration and management. This position will allow candidates to directly impact mission performance and work closely with stakeholders, administrators and security personnel to develop and maintain information systems that meet unique mission requirements.

Please note - this position can be located in at PMRF (on Kauai) or Pearl Harbor (Honolulu).

Tasking will include:

  • Provide routine technical expertise supporting information system components, infrastructure integration and maintenance to maintain performancesecurity standards
  • Install software updates, patches, and upgrades across a distributed network
  • Provide system level understanding and solutions to end users
  • Travel to various test ranges to support system integration and test events as required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vulnerability assessment tools?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and maintain) a Secret Clearance

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience is required - specifically related to Domain Management (preferred candidate would have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field)
  • Candidate must possess a Security+
  • Position will require extensive travel, up to 50%
  • Demonstrated experience working with ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution)
  • Preferred candidates will have experience working in a virtual server environment
  • Experience using Ivanti enterprise patch management software is a plus
