Print Specialist

• Design and prepare print ready artwork for customer projects
• Consult with customers regarding design, print specifications, and production options
• Operate digital printing equipment and production machinery
• Produce business cards, brochures, flyers, postcards, banners, signs, posters, menus, booklets, and marketing materials
• Perform file setup, preflight checks, color correction, and print proofing
• Manage large format printing projects and specialty print jobs
• Complete binding, laminating, cutting, folding, mounting, and finishing services
• Maintain quality control standards throughout production
• Manage multiple print orders while meeting deadlines
• Assist customers with branding, marketing materials, and graphic design solutions
• Process print orders accurately through point of sale and production systems
• Maintain organized production workflow and inventory levels
• Troubleshoot print and equipment issues as needed

Do you have experience in Professional art or design?, We are seeking a talented and customer focused Printing & Graphics Specialist to join our growing team. This is not an entry level print position. We are looking for a skilled professional with hands on experience in commercial printing, graphic design, print production, and customer consultation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, preparing, producing, and finishing high quality print materials while providing exceptional customer service. This individual must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring every project meets quality standards and customer expectations., * Minimum 2 years of professional print shop, copy center, sign shop, or commercial printing experience

• Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Acrobat
• Experience operating digital production printers and finishing equipment
• Strong understanding of print production processes and file preparation
• Knowledge of color management, bleed requirements, crop marks, and print specifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, * Experience in a UPS Store, FedEx Office, AlphaGraphics, Minuteman Press, or commercial print environment
• Large format printing experience
• Sign production experience
• Marketing and branding design experience
• Knowledge of Canva and other design platforms
• Experience with wide format printers, laminators, and finishing equipment
