Job description
Seeking an experienced IT Support Professional to provide onsite technical support for end-user computing, networking, audio-visual systems, and conference room technologies. This role supports daily IT operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and user assistance while ensuring system reliability, security, and business continuity. Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support for End User Computing (EUC), PCs, Mac devices, printers, and peripheral equipment.
- Perform network patching, basic network troubleshooting, and smart hands support for infrastructure teams.
- Support Audio Visual (AV) systems, conference rooms, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Deliver Level 2 Help Desk Support, user training, and technical guidance.
- Execute system testing, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.
- Assist with IT security, data protection, and compliance initiatives.
- Document operational processes, support activities, and system changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * 8+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, or IT Operations environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Networking, Active Directory, and endpoint support.
- Experience supporting AV/Conference Room Technologies, Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), and end-user devices.
- Familiarity with IT operations, troubleshooting methodologies, process documentation, and service management.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite support environment
