- Perform typical IT support tasks such as PC repair, software installation and configuration
- Conduct data entry related to IT records management as assigned by supervisor
- Assist to Manage equipment inventory
- Assist employees of all technical abilities with technology related issues and requests
- Assist with Drop Off Center customer service
- Perform other IT related tasks as assigned
- Be a champion of great support service to all employees
- Be available for off hours issues as needed for special circumstances (i.e. weekends and early mornings)
- Work within a team environment and support a culture of inclusiveness and continuous improvement

We are looking for a Part Time Junior IT Support Assistant to work as a member of our team on site in our Lakewood, Colorado office. You will work under direct supervision of our System Administrator/Technical Support Specialist, and you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day technical support of our employees, so having strong communication and organizational skills as well as above average computer skills is a must. Our ideal candidate is someone who is a university student in a technology related field, or someone who is looking for a part time position and has either worked in a PC support role, or who is an avid PC tinkerer and hobbyist, as well as someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem solving, and has a desire to learn., * Minimum Education Desired: Some college or university coursework in a computer related program in North America. Experience may be considered as a substitute over formal education.
- Experience using a Windows PC.
- Experience with MS Office, Google Chrome, Google Docs/Sheets a plus
- Strong Attention to detail
- Excellent fluency in English written and spoken communication
- Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language to non-technical staff
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Must be self-motivated and able to work on projects independently as wells as with a team
- Be conscientious and have good time management skills. You keep your promises, take your commitments to others seriously, and have strong integrity., * High school or equivalent (Required)
