Job description

SpeedX is seeking an experienced Process Product Owner to own, design, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes across the Order to Delivery lifecycle in our B2C parcel logistics business. This role serves as the critical bridge between Operations, Finance, Product, Technology, and Customer Service, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable processes and operational solutions., Process Ownership & Governance

  • Own and manage end-to-end business processes across the Order to Delivery lifecycle, including order creation, shipment handling, delivery, billing, invoicing, claims management, and revenue recognition
  • Define and maintain global process standards, SOPs, and governance frameworks
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions
  • Identify process gaps, operational risks, and control weaknesses, and implement sustainable solutions

Product & Business Requirements

  • Define and scope complex business initiatives and system enhancements with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specs, and process workflows
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps, process documentation, and end-to-end process diagrams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
  • Facilitate communication and decision-making among business leaders, operations, engineering, and external partners
  • Support organizational change management and user adoption for new processes and system capabilities

Data Analysis & Performance

  • Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Define and monitor process KPIs and operational metrics
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for process and system issues

Requirements

Do you have a valid Lean Six Sigma Certification certification?, Do you have experience in Visio?, * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Process Management, Business Analysis, or related disciplines
  • Strong background in B2C parcel, logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or last-mile delivery
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional business transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with process documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and project tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Experience with TMS, WMS, CRM, or other logistics platforms preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

  • CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent Agile/Scrum certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Experience in high-growth logistics or tech-driven organizations
