- Technical Support:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
- Assist users with basic IT inquiries and guide them through problem resolution.
- Installation and Configuration:
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Set up and deploy workstations, ensuring hardware and software compatibility.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of IT support issues and resolutions.
- Create and update documentation for common technical procedures.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and provide efficient solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users to gather necessary information for issue resolution.
- Learning and Development:
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in IT, even if you have little to no professional experience., * High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
