Job description

  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application issues
  • Configure and maintain application functionality
  • Support integrations, APIs, batch processes, and interface monitoring
  • Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and change management processes
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
  • Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
  • Support customer service, billing, and meter-to-cash processes

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software implementation?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Bachelor's degree + 3 years of application support experience OR Associate degree + 7 years experience OR High school diploma + 11 years experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of SDLC and change management processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCS, or CIS platforms
  • Knowledge of utility billing and meter-to-cash processes
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS/cloud applications
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management, * Strong communication and documentation skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Office-based role with prolonged computer use
