IT Project Coordinator in McKinney

The IT Project Coordinator plays a vital role embedded within the IT department, working closely under the direction of the IT Manager. This position is responsible for coordinating a variety of IT projects, including infrastructure, security, and mixed technology initiatives, testing and monitoring systems performance, document work instructions ensuring seamless project execution without travel requirements. The Coordinator utilizes internal systems and focuses on scheduling, documentation, and resolving issues to support project success., * Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

• Manage and organize project documentation
• Identify and facilitate resolution of project issues
• Coordinate communication between team members and stakeholders
• Support project manager in tracking project progress
• Utilize internal systems for project tracking and reporting
• Assist in risk and time management activities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, * Entry-level experience in IT project coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with risk management and time management
