- Resolve high-volume, basic IT issues for internal employees and Managed Services clients quickly and accurately
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and ticket activity to ensure reliable records and visibility across the IT team
- Support the Help Desk team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure consistent adherence to IT support procedures and compliance standards
- Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure resolution without disruption
Requirements
Do you have experience in Operating systems?, You enjoy bringing order and clarity to technical issues by following clear processes and getting the details right the first time. As our Help Desk Technician I, you'll be the dependable first point of contact for employees and Managed Services clients, resolving routine IT issues accurately and in accordance with defined procedures. You'll lean on your methodical approach as you work through tickets, document resolutions, and escalate issues so nothing slips through the cracks. What you'll need to be our Help Desk Technician I:
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications
- Ability to follow predefined procedures for IT support and resolution
- Clear and professional communication approach with both technical and non-technical users
- Previous experience working in a help desk and/or IT support environment, preferred
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems, preferred
