Help Desk Technician I

• Resolve high-volume, basic IT issues for internal employees and Managed Services clients quickly and accurately
• Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and ticket activity to ensure reliable records and visibility across the IT team
• Support the Help Desk team in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations
• Ensure consistent adherence to IT support procedures and compliance standards
• Escalate complex issues appropriately to ensure resolution without disruption

What you'll need to be our Help Desk Technician I:

• Knowledge of basic computer hardware, operating systems, and common software applications
• Ability to follow predefined procedures for IT support and resolution
• Clear and professional communication approach with both technical and non-technical users
• Previous experience working in a help desk and/or IT support environment, preferred
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems, preferred
