Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data & Quality Control Coordinator to support both office and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, auditing inventory and production data, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in both an office environment and on the warehouse floor to verify data accuracy and product quality.
Key Responsibilities Data Management & Administrative Duties
- Enter, maintain, and audit inventory, production, shipping, and receiving data.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Track inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist with scheduling, recordkeeping, and administrative support functions.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding inventory, quality, and operational issues.
Quality Control Duties
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products.
- Verify products meet company and customer specifications.
- Document quality findings and maintain inspection records.
- Identify defects, non-conforming materials, and process issues.
- Assist with investigations and corrective action plans.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Warehouse Duties
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits.
- Verify product quantities and locations within the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and shipping verification processes.
- Inspect products for damage, labeling accuracy, and packaging requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to resolve inventory and quality issues.
- Support general warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in quality control, inventory control, data entry, warehouse operations, or administrative support preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and data management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with office and warehouse personnel.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
- Ability to perform inventory audits and inspections in various warehouse locations.
