Job description
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to join a growing project team supporting critical manufacturing operations. This position is based onsite in Goodyear, Arizona. We welcome applications from qualified candidates across the United States who are willing to relocate., * Design, develop, test, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions supporting manufacturing operations
- Convert business requirements and technical specifications into application and product configuration code
- Develop and execute unit testing and system testing plans to ensure solution quality and performance
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting efforts, end-user training, and ongoing application enhancements
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, IT teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions
Requirements
Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Hands-on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) development or engineering experience (required and non-negotiable)
- Experience collaborating directly with engineers and production personnel on the manufacturing floor
- Strong database experience with SQL and Oracle
- Software development experience using Java
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software solutions within a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
