Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer to join a growing project team supporting critical manufacturing operations. This position is based onsite in Goodyear, Arizona. We welcome applications from qualified candidates across the United States who are willing to relocate., * Design, develop, test, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions supporting manufacturing operations

• Convert business requirements and technical specifications into application and product configuration code
• Develop and execute unit testing and system testing plans to ensure solution quality and performance
• Support production deployments, troubleshooting efforts, end-user training, and ongoing application enhancements
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, IT teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions

Do you have experience in System deployment?, * Hands-on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) development or engineering experience (required and non-negotiable)

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and production personnel on the manufacturing floor
• Strong database experience with SQL and Oracle
• Software development experience using Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting software solutions within a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
