SPECIALIST II, GLOBAL BRAND DESIGN & ART DIRECTION

• Support lead creatives by executing daily design deliverables, keeping a laser-focused attention to detail to ensure best-in-class campaign assets.
• Collaborate on campaign aesthetics across graphic design, typography, video content, digital experiences, and motion graphics.
• Stay at the absolute forefront of shifting global trends across fashion, film, design, art, media, technology, and sport culture to provide fresh inspiration for the creative discipline.
• Work fluidly within a dynamic studio ecosystem, partnering with Creative Directors, Narrative Leads, Brand Marketing Directors, Production/Ops, and external agency networks.
• Apply strong visual communication skills to map out complex ideas, help shape design narratives, and clearly present creative concepts to align internal stakeholders.

Do you have experience in Figma?, * 2-4 years of directly relevant brand design experience, specifically operating within high-end fashion, sport culture, or streetwear spaces.

• Elite, expert-level proficiency in Figma utilized specifically for 2D brand design (layout, typography, and visual systems rather than product/UX design).
• A standout design portfolio that explicitly showcases a sophisticated streetwear, sport, or premium fashion aesthetic (clean typesetting, strong informational hierarchy, and raw creative storytelling over generic product photos).
• Direct exposure to or prior experience assisting with creative art direction for in-studio photography and editorial shoots.
• Previous design experience working directly with major global athletic footwear, apparel, or lifestyle fashion brands.
