Job description
Our Program Manager, Workplace Technology will lead onsite technology operations across Rippling's NAMER offices, ensuring reliable systems that power our hybrid workplace and in-office events. In addition, this role ensures standards for Global AV, network, and hardware infrastructure, manages vendor partnerships and budgets, and supports IT/AV readiness for new office builds around the world., * Ensure AV systems, cameras, and digital signage are fully functional and up to date
- Oversee Wi-Fi network maintenance, site surveys, and upgrades
- Partner with the Devices Product team to maintain peripheral inventory in Devices store and proactively manage device updates to prevent mass network outages
- Manage AV hardware such as Sonos systems and printers
- Provide IT/AV onsite support for live events in SF
Program Strategy & Standards
- Define and maintain global standards for AV systems and network across all Rippling offices
- Build scalable processes and playbooks for IT/AV operations, opening new sites, and incident response
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve reliability and raise the bar on the in-office technology experience
- Identify gaps in current infrastructure and tooling and own the roadmap to close them
Procurement, Vendor & Project Oversight
- Lead RFPs and contract negotiations for Global AV/IT vendors and hardware
- Manage ROM budgets, procurement approvals, and cost optimization
- Manage IT and AV vendor relationships, negotiate service agreements, and maintain adherence to SLAs
- Conduct site surveys and Provide IT/AV scope during design and construction
- Oversee vendor project timelines, installations, and commissioning prior to FDOB
- Partner with Real Estate on new office openings, expansions, and relocations
Systems, Access, and SaaS Support
- Manage Zoom Room configurations
- Collaborate with the Physical Security team on Brivo integration and access control systems
- Maintain inventory and AV licenses, renewals, and compliance
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with Workplace team to ensure seamless tech-enabled daily operations and events
- Work closely with Physical Security on camera systems, access management, and incident escalations
- Communicate planned outages, updates, and service changes to relevant office channels
- Serve as the primary escalation point for NAMER IT/AV issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video conferencing systems operation?, * 5-7 years of experience in Workplace IT, AV operations, or Corporate IT infrastructure
- Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional tech projects
- Familiarity with Zoom, Access Control Systems, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystem integrations and automation frameworks
- Experience working in a high-growth, tech-focused, multi-site environment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

The pay range for this role is: 132,000 - 220,000 USD per year(US San Francisco Bay Area)
