YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR IT SUPPORT ANALYST

This full-time, on-site role works M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. You support a high-security production environment.

In this vital role, you'll spend your days immersed in the technology that powers our card personalization processes. You'll support everything from EMV chip personalization to magstripe and contactless production, keeping an eye on embossing, encoding, printing, and system health. When issues arise, you'll troubleshoot with precision by processing and validating card data files, identifying formatting or PAN-related discrepancies, performing recovery tasks, and ensuring PCI DSS standards are upheld. You'll also help onboard new card programs, working across teams to ensure new workflows launch smoothly. Do you have experience in Data validation techniques?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate's/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in IT support, data processing, or production support
• Strong understanding of file processing and data validation
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Basic SQL or scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)

Preferred Qualifications:

• EMV personalization or chip data preparation experience
• Job scheduling or automation tool experience
• Familiarity with card bureau or financial services production
• Strong problem-solving ability in high-volume environments
