Job description
- Collaborate in cross-functional meetings to analyze experiment data and user research insights to develop hypotheses for new product opportunities.
- Present design work during internal reviews to receive feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Develop articulated presentations for internal leadership and external partner reviews.
- Create engineering specifications and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Drive innovation by developing original design ideas and pitching concepts to help shape product proposals.

Requirements
Do you have experience in User research for product design?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of interaction design experience in product design or UX Design.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)., * 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Experience working within established design systems and designing accessible products.
- Experience translating user needs, research insights, and data into digital products and high-quality deliverables.
- Experience delivering production-ready engineering specifications and collaborating with developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
- Experience leveraging generative AI tools and industry-standard software (e.g., Figma) to accelerate ideation and workflow velocity.
