Job description
This is a supervisory position working under the direction of the Information Technologies Director. The IT Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for the management of a centralized Help Desk and related personnel. The Help Desk is responsible for the end user experience, supporting all related hardware and software used by employees.
Requirements
Experience supporting computers and software in a networked environment. Requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field, or technical training with four years of experience in working in an IT related field. Knowledge of computer fleet deployment and management strategies. Be able to deal well with stressful situations, be self-motivated, and flexible.
