Job description
- Architect, test, and deploy immutable infrastructure blueprints using declarative automation languages to enforce consistent environment configurations.
- Build and maintain automated landing zones, account-vending machines, and organizational boundary policies under Task 1 to safely onboard data teams.
- Design and configure complex zero-trust network topologies, including private VPC peering, transit gateways, service endpoints, and fine-grained IAM policy restrictions.
- Analyze infrastructure utilization telemetry to continuously optimize cost structures and performance thresholds for heavy data processing clusters.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Virtual Private Clouds?, * 4-6 years of engineering experience with at least 2-3 years focused on cloud infrastructure architecture design.
- Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, and core AWS/Azure architecture patterns.
- Solid understanding of VPC networking, IAM role structures, and multi-tenant isolation.
- Ability to pass a federal government background check/Public Trust.
