Job description

This position involves day-to-day responsibilities that require independent judgment and discretion, contributing to the department's ongoing success., (This job specification may not include all the duties listed, nor do the examples cover all the duties that may be performed.)

  • Assist accounting areas related to cash receipt application of direct bill and Allstate HO
  • Responsible for managing the process of recording cash received into the GL and EPIC systems
  • Process and monitor daily deposits for all locations, including:
  • Accurate and timely cash application of direct bill policies in EPIC
  • Accurate and timely cash application of Allstate HO checks in EPIC
  • Process via the bank-provided electronic payment terminals (deposit scanner)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * Strong organizational, communication and time management skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented with special attention to accuracy, timeliness and adherence to monthly schedules
  • Ability to recognize problems and correct process issues
  • Ability to work independently and handle large volume of transactions that are consistently flowing in, * Direct experience with Cash Applications
  • Insurance industry experience
