Information Security Engineer 3 - Contingent

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex security initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Engineering.
• Review and analyze challenging security engineering issues, providing in-depth evaluation and resolution strategies.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of large-scale security engineering projects.
• Collaborate with client teams and internal stakeholders to meet deliverables and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Leverage your understanding of security functions, policies, and procedures to support project success.

• Demonstrated experience in Information Security Engineering through work, consulting, military experience, training, or education.
• Experience with Palo Alto and/or Fortinet firewalls (experience with both is a plus).
• Scripting skills are a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working in large organizations with complex network environments.
• Knowledge of network protocols and routing.
