Job description
We are seeking a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing comprehensive hardware, software, mobility, and network support to end users. This role is fully onsite in Wilmington, DE, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a strong focus on in-person support. The ideal candidate will handle hardware and network-related tasks such as provisioning devices, imaging laptops, and troubleshooting connectivity issues including network and VPN access. They will also support mobile devices, specifically managing Apple iPhones and iPads through Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM). In addition, the role requires solid experience supporting O365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, as well as utilizing ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve support tickets efficiently.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * 5+ years of IT support experience, with at least 1 year of experience being Level 2 Deskside Support
