Job description

  • Diagnose and resolve issues across integrated systems including access control, CCTV, AV, networking, and automation
  • Research and isolate problems across hardware, software, and network components
  • Provide responsive, high-quality customer support

Installation & Setup

  • Install and configure systems such as access control, surveillance, networking equipment, AV systems, and conferencing solutions
  • Work with hand and power tools in a variety of environments
  • Read and interpret system layouts and installation plans

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Power tools?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Redi Systems is seeking a motivated Systems Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience who enjoys problem-solving, working in the field, and learning across a wide range of integrated technologies., * High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Effective communication and customer service skills

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience in low-voltage systems, AV integration, or IT support
  • Familiarity with access control, CCTV, networking, or control systems
  • Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, devices, etc.)
  • Custom Integration certifications or relevant education

Work Environment

Work takes place in offices, residential homes, and commercial/industrial job sites. This role includes fieldwork in various weather conditions and may require working on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces such as attics or basements.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work in various physical positions (standing, bending, climbing), and operate tools and equipment as needed.
