How You'll Make an Impact
- You will manage and prioritize the daily operations and workflow of business applications to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization, serving as the point of contact for escalations.
- Collaborate with other service managers, IT application managers, business analysts, and business integration architects to continuously improve the stage of operations delivery in each application lifecycle. Collaboration with Finance is key to keeping business service costs under control and forecasting deviations properly.
- Lead or contribute to service improvement projects, designing and implementing changes to procedures and configurations to enhance application stability and efficiency.
- Optimize processes to ensure seamless operations delivery.
- Engage with key business stakeholders, software vendors, and service partners to ensure application availability and efficient performance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have a Bachelor's degree in technical or social sciences.
- Your experience includes significant experience (typically 5+ years) in IT application support, operations, or system administration, demonstrating progressive responsibility in a senior capacity.
- You possess ITIL framework knowledge or certification, along with technical knowledge of SAP e-commerce solutions, Polarion, and DRIM.
- Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
