DeltaQuad is looking for an IT Support & Applications Engineer to support and improve our IT landscape while helping drive digital transformation across the organisation.
Your mission:
As an IT Support & Applications Engineer, you will work closely with the IT Manager and together you will form the IT team. You will be responsible for supporting colleagues, managing business applications, improving workflows, and contributing to strategic IT projects.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing users, permissions, and access rights across business applications
- Maintaining and improving workflows and business processes
- Managing data structures and access to business-critical information
- Supporting and optimising business applications to meet changing organisational needs
- Working with software suppliers to implement improvements and new functionality
- Resolving day-to-day IT issues, including hardware, software, and access-related problems
- Installing and configuring laptops, software, and peripherals
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective
- Configuring and implementing new technologies such as SSO and MFA
- Supporting IT implementation projects by preparing workshops, gathering requirements, and documenting processes
- Communicating IT changes, improvements, and new systems throughout the organisation
- Contributing to automation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives

Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, * A completed degree in IT, Business IT, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- A solid understanding of IT systems, software applications, and business processes
- Experience with IT support, application management, or similar activities through work, internships, or projects
- An interest in automation, digitalisation, and process improvement
- Good knowledge of modern workplace technologies
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Dutch language skills would be beneficial, but are not essential
