Head of Digital Delivery

Our client is seeking a delivery-focused digital leader to own a major customer transformation roadmap spanning website, mobile app, loyalty, customer data platforms (CDP) and AI enablement initiatives., We're looking for a technically credible delivery leader with experience in digital transformation, ecommerce, retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments. Experience delivering websites, apps, loyalty programmes, CDPs and managing third-party vendors is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on execution, stakeholder management and driving accountability. You'll lead delivery partners, oversee a £3m investment portfolio, improve ways of working and ensure key digital programmes are delivered successfully.

Alongside digital delivery, you'll help shape and govern the company's AI roadmap, identifying practical use cases across the business and working with external partners to implement solutions.

This role is execution-first rather than strategy-first and would suit someone known for getting things done in complex stakeholder environments.
