Job description

To be responsible for the IT infrastructure, system updates and third-party

developments at Heaton Moor Medical Group. As well as managing the online Triage

platform to ensure communication with patients and clinicians are managed effectively.

Responsible to, * To be able to lead and manage new and ongoing IT and Telephony projects. This

will mean dealing with external staff like Greater Manchester IT board and the

ICB.

  • Produce search and reports on the clinical system for both nonclinical and

clinical staff.

  • Manage and update Resource Publisher within the clinical system.
  • Produce reports for the practice and PCN to help analyse data.
  • To support the Heaton's PCN group in data reporting and projects overseen by

the Business and Operations Manager.

  • Training and dissemination of information/ training packages to administrative

staff on existing and new IT projects.

  • Manage the Online Triage platform, this will include training staff and signposting

and dividing the workload effectively.

  • Dealing with patients on the Online Triage platform effectively within a set time

frame.

  • Perform any other duties that may be required from time to time.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, * Must have an excellent knowledge of EMIS, DOCMAN, ACCURX and Microsoft

office applications.

  • Willingness to work across all the sites that are within Heaton Moor Medical

Group and to travel.

  • Must have Administration skills and experience.
  • Professional appearance and outlook.
  • Able to work under pressure to strict deadlines.
  • Experience of multi-tasking/adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Committed and reliable.
  • Ability to prioritise work, work independently.
  • Flexible with working hours.
