Job description
TBM Inc. is seeking a Federal IT Acquisition Analyst to support the Federal agency IT Acquisitions Section. The role supports Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs) responsible for managing a large portfolio of IT contracts. The analyst will help maintain contract portfolio data, produce acquisition status reports and dashboards, support financial analysis of IT contracts, and manage collaboration tools used by the acquisition team., Acquisition and COR Support
- Assist Contracting Officer Representatives with contract and SOW develooment and monitoring activities
- Support financial analysis of IT contract funding and expenditures
- Prepare documentation supporting contract actions and modifications
- Assist with audit responses and data calls related to contract activity
- Record meeting minutes, decisions, and action items for acquisition activities
Reporting and Analytics
- Create queries and reports supporting acquisition planning and leadership reporting
- Perform data validation and quality control across contract records
- Help automate recurring portfolio reports where possible
Collaboration Platform Administration
- Manage SharePoint libraries supporting contract documentation
- Maintain Microsoft Teams collaboration spaces
- Administer Smartsheet portfolio tracking tools and dashboards
- Manage access and permissions for acquisition planning workspaces
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, * 2+ years of experience supporting federal acquisition
- Experience supporting Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), acquisition teams, or federal contract monitoring activities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, formulas, reporting)
- Experience managing SharePoint document libraries and collaboration environments
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to organize and maintain complex portfolio data across multiple systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience supporting federal IT contracts
- Experience working with Microsoft Access databases
- Familiarity with federal acquisition lifecycle and contract monitoring practices
Work Environment
- Onsite work environment
