Corporate Systems Specialist

• The critical nature of these systems requires appropriate support to ensure a highly stable, secure and reliable computing environment.
• This role will provide support and systems management of applications used by the corporate functions in accordance with IT Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with users, vendors, and IT colleagues on new systems implementation, integration and administration.
• Participate in the installation, documentation, and testing of application systems.
• Provide administration and operational support on corporate systems (e.g.,DocuSign, GreenHouse, WorkDay, ComplianceWire, etc.) such as user support, upgrades, enhancements, and periodic access review.
• Implement new integrations with Workday (requirements gathering, configuration/development of integration, testing, promote to production, and support).
• Contribute to development of SOP or Work Instructions for the area.
• Track, document, and update incidents and requests accurately in the IT Service Management (ITSM) system.
• Assist in updating any knowledge base articles.

The Corporate Systems Specialist will be delivering solutions and operational support IT capabilities in Legal, Human Resources, and Compliance business units. This role offers hands-on experience in application support, system implementation, and project management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a matrix team., * BS degree with 2 years IT related experience.

• An understanding of corporate functions particularly (HR, Legal and Compliance).
• He/she should demonstrate an understanding of the need for standards yet also have a willingness to look for new, more effective strategies to support and improve the IT systems.
• Experience enterprise computerized systems and/or applications (e.g., DocuSign, Workday Integrations, GreenHouse, ComplianceWire).
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple complex projects where independent action and a high degree of initiative are required in resolving problems and developing recommendations.
• Demand Management Skills - Ability to take initiative and prioritize objectives from multiple tasks; adhere to scheduled timelines while maintaining flexibility, independently or as part of a team. Self-directed with a high degree of professional integrity, very organized, and detail oriented.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar).
• Must have knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and of computer systems validation (CSV).
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office Applications (Access, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word) and/or other relevant software programs.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and service-oriented attitude are essential. Must contribute to a team based, collaborative and positive environment, clarity of purpose and high commitment to business.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws.

Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.

Pay Range (Base Pay):

$72,791 - $95,540 USD

Legend Biotech is seeking a Corporate Systems Specialist as part of the Corporate IT team based in Bridgewater, NJ., Legend Biotech was founded as an early-stage cell therapy company in 2014. The company was the brainchild of visionary scientists who recognized that antibody-based therapeutics could potentially treat disease and possessed the backgrounds in immunology and gene editing to take the leap. For two years, Legend Biotech, then known as the "Legend Project," operated in a room the size of a freight elevator, with the goal of creating a cell therapy for multiple myeloma, a hematological cancer that often relapses and can become refractory. The team produced nanobodies for single-domain antibody drugs and ultimately extended the half-life of the nanobodies with proprietary technologies. In 2015, Legend's scientists focused on research for chimeric antigen-receptor T-cells (CAR-T) targeting the BCMA protein, making the biotech one of the first companies in the world to engineer CAR-T cells for the BCMA protein. In 2016, investigator-initiated trials began in China.
