Job description

  • The Information Support Assistant is responsible for providing software and hardware support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked environment. Provides support on a wide range of systems including PC workstations, smartphones, tablets, cable TV/Internet systems, and telephone systems., * Provide hardware and software support and technical assistance to residents.
  • Respond to first-level user requests.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software.
  • Provide support for cable systems.
  • Perform purchasing-related tasks and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Required Experience:

  • Experience in providing hardware and software support
  • Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining cable systems

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting computers, tablets, and phones
  • Knowledge of networking, * Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
