Job description
- The Information Support Assistant is responsible for providing software and hardware support, training, and troubleshooting in a networked environment. Provides support on a wide range of systems including PC workstations, smartphones, tablets, cable TV/Internet systems, and telephone systems., * Provide hardware and software support and technical assistance to residents.
- Respond to first-level user requests.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot software.
- Provide support for cable systems.
- Perform purchasing-related tasks and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Required Experience:
- Experience in providing hardware and software support
- Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining cable systems
Preferred Experience:
- Experience supporting computers, tablets, and phones
- Knowledge of networking, * Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
