Data Analyst

We're partnering with our client in Redmond seeking a Data Analyst to support enterprise applications, data management initiatives, reporting, and system optimization efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering actionable insights that support business decisions.

What You'll Be Doing…

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements, business objectives, and reporting needs

• Validate, verify, and maintain data integrity across enterprise systems, including PLM and ERP environments

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights

• Support data cleanup, mass updates, and system maintenance activities while partnering with IT teams

• Create and maintain documentation, reporting processes, and work instructions to support new systems and business processes

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, or business intelligence tools

• Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; SQL experience preferred

• Ability to analyze complex datasets and clearly communicate findings to business stakeholders

• Strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently

• Experience with PLM systems, ERP systems, or collaborative business applications preferred; Windchill experience is a plus
