Job description
This position is responsible for leading the administration and ongoing support of the Company's Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) system. As a key member of the finance systems team, the Oracle HFM Administrator will ensure the system's reliability, accuracy, and alignment with evolving business needs. This is an on-site role, and candidates must have strong experience supporting financial close processes in a corporate environment., * Administer and maintain Oracle HFM, ensuring system accuracy through metadata updates, rule development, and member list maintenance

Oversee user security and access in alignment with internal control and audit requirements

Collaborate with Oracle FDME and SAP teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

Validate and reconcile financial data, identifying opportunities to streamline or enhance processes

Train end-users and maintain updated documentation and instructions

Support internal control reporting, regulatory compliance, and both internal and external audits

Act as a liaison between finance and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements

Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and integration efforts with other financial systems
Requirements
Key ingredients for succeeding in his role include:

3-5 years of experience in Oracle HFM administration

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

Strong understanding of financial close and consolidation processes

Hands-on experience with Oracle HFM or a similar system, including metadata and rules management preferred

Ability to work on-site, * Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology

Experience with SAP and Oracle HFM administration

Experience in a multi-national corporate environment

CPA, CMA, or relevant certification

Previous automotive or technology industry experience

Strong understanding of data analytics tools and reporting
