Job description

Average hourly rate is $20.80 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.), As an IT Technician, you'll be the go-to person for technical support, ensuring smooth operations for our team and the critical work they do for kids and families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provisioning user accounts and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshooting equipment abnormalities.
  • Managing helpdesk tickets and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) within two business days.
  • Supporting staff in your assigned region, with occasional travel as required.
  • Collaborating with a forward-thinking IT team to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We're seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn, solve problems, and work collaboratively. The ideal candidate is:

  • Detail-oriented and proactive.
  • Able to challenge ineffective processes and suggest improvements.
  • Excited about contributing to our mission of strengthening families., * Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in computer systems or a helpdesk setting is preferred.
  • Training: On-the-job training provided.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards.
