Job description
- Data Reporting & Analytics
- Perform routine report maintenance and general data validation to ensure data quality and system integrity
- Read and process complex operational data to support enterprise-wide reporting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Assist in developing dynamic reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support executive decision-making
- Collaboration & Support
- Build relationships with Project Managers and other HC Team Members to gather data requirements and foster data-driven accountability
- Fulfill important and urgent ad-hoc data requests to support field and office departments across the company
- Research & Process Improvement
- Conduct research, evaluate market intelligence, and identify opportunities to improve workflows using modern AI tools.
- Recommend and support innovative solutions that improve reporting efficiency and organizational effectiveness
- Data Governance & Confidentiality
- Ensure absolute confidentiality when handling highly sensitive corporate forecasting, payroll, and project data
- Maintain the integrity and security of data and reporting processes
Requirements
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support reporting, data validation, and strategic decision making across the organization. This role focuses on analyzing operational data, creating reports and dashboards, and delivering accurate insights that support both field and office teams., * Data Science experience required
- 2-4 year degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related curriculum preferred, but not required
- 1-3 years' experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, or similar field preferred
- Experience in Electrical Contracting, Construction, or similar fields preferred
Required Knowledge & Skills:
