Job description
- Provide desktop and walk-up support for PCs, printers, AV equipment, and software applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support remote users using remote management tools
- Image and configure new PCs and client systems
- Set up and support mobile devices and IT peripherals
- Maintain equipment inventory and assist with IT asset management
- Document and resolve issues using ticketing systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in Pharmaceutical company experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 2+ years of IT support experience (customer-facing preferred)
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (desktops, laptops, scanners, AV systems)
- Experience with MS Office, Teams, ServiceNow, and mobile device support a plus
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
