Job description

  • Provide desktop and walk-up support for PCs, printers, AV equipment, and software applications
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Support remote users using remote management tools
  • Image and configure new PCs and client systems
  • Set up and support mobile devices and IT peripherals
  • Maintain equipment inventory and assist with IT asset management
  • Document and resolve issues using ticketing systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in Pharmaceutical company experience?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 2+ years of IT support experience (customer-facing preferred)

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
  • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills (desktops, laptops, scanners, AV systems)
  • Experience with MS Office, Teams, ServiceNow, and mobile device support a plus
  • CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
