Job description

We are seeking a Customer Data Platform Analyst to serve as a hands-on subject matter expert responsible for translating marketing requirements into scalable audiences within Twilio Segment. This role bridges the Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure data is accurately ingested, unified, and activated. The position focuses on driving data quality, governance, and continuous optimization to deliver reliable and measurable audience use cases that inform marketing strategy., * Translate marketing briefs and requirements into technical audience definitions and segmentation logic within Twilio Segment.

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable, identity-aware audiences to support lifecycle marketing and personalization.
  • Serve as the in-platform SME for Segment, including audience creation, traits, events, and destination activation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, and Engineering to align business needs with technical solutions.
  • Validate, monitor, and troubleshoot data ingestion pipelines for accuracy and completeness.
  • Configure and manage identity resolution, merge policies, and profile stitching.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and platform governance.
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures and QA processes for audience creation and data onboarding.
  • Monitor audience performance, data flow, and platform health to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Document audience logic, operational processes, and governance standards.

Requirements

Experience: Proven experience with Twilio Segment is required. Candidates must have a background in managing ETLs, jobs, and data pipelines, along with expertise in audience management. The role requires a self-sufficient individual capable of working independently., * Experience with a company implementing a new Customer Data Platform (CDP) tool is considered a plus.
