Job description
Answer telephone, screen and route calls and takes messages. Schedule service calls and closely monitor mechanics as directed by the service manager. Update customers regarding repairs, scheduling and pricing.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Word embeddings?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Requires knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures including the operation of a multi-line VOIP system. Must have customer service experience., Six months to one year of experience in a busy service office environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer skills including: E-Mail, (MS Outlook), MS Excel and MS Word., * High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
