Azurite Professional Community is recruiting for an IT Technician II for our IT department in our Albuquerque, NM office. Under the direct supervision of the IT Manager, IT Tech II is responsible for maintaining, test, and repair systems and networks. It is an entry-level technician position which assumes limited or no formal prior training or experience. Utilizes basic technical knowledge to support IT initiatives and provide first-tier technical support to the end user. Diagnostic troubleshooting and documentation of resolutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position. Assignments typically include a mixture of field and office duties, working in teams and independently. New and varied assignments may be made frequently requiring flexibility in travel, self-directed skills, and some social interactions., * Develop and apply basic technical skills to support IT operations and end users.
- Provide first-tier troubleshooting and assistance for software, hardware, systems, and network issues.
- Perform routine system support, maintenance, testing, preventive upkeep, installation, and configuration of computers, workstations, and related devices.
- Maintain accurate records, project documentation, user instructions, inventory tracking, reports, and system error logs.
- Assist with evaluating hardware, software, network updates, new technologies, and technology projects of moderate scope and impact.
- Communicate technical guidance clearly to staff and help coordinate appropriate technology solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of technology, equipment, applicable laws, regulations, standards, and systems.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, including scanning, filing, documentation, data entry, phone support, and timely timesheet completion.
- Follow all applicable safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality, professionalism, respect, and courtesy with co-workers and clients.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Tracking inventory levels?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer or information science or related field preferred.
- 4 years of related experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass the drug test.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
