Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to provide day-to-day support for our technology systems and users. This entry-level position will assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up equipment, maintaining inventory, and supporting various IT projects., * Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, and email-related issues
  • Set up and deploy new computers, phones, and user accounts
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and licensing
  • Support mobile device management and company-issued cell phones
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and accessories
  • Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures within the ticketing system
  • Assist with conference room technology and office equipment setup
  • Maintain organized IT documentation and asset records
  • Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing a career in Information Technology., * 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience

  • COMPTIA A+ Certified
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory / Entra ID
  • Printers and scanners
  • Mobile device support (iPhone/iPad)
  • VPN and remote access support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote management tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:
  • Kaseya or similar RMM tools
  • IT Glue or documentation platforms
  • Basic networking concepts
  • VoIP/phone systems
