"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. - Configure, test, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Perform gap analysis and recommend system enhancements
- Support Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Scheduling, and Reporting
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track issue resolution
- Assist with data migration and validation activities
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
- Support system integrations and ongoing optimization initiatives
- Maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Minimum 2-3 Years of Oracle HCM Business Analyst Experience
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification Required
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Applications
- Strong Knowledge of HR Business Processes
- Experience with System Integrations and Data Migration
- Excellent Communication and Analytical Skills
- English Proficiency (Read, Write, Speak), * Public Sector Experience
- Healthcare Industry Experience
- Workforce Scheduling Experience
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience
