Job description

Seeking an experienced Hybrid Cloud Systems Administrator to support and maintain Linux and Windows infrastructure across on-premises datacenter and cloud environments. The role involves system administration, cloud operations, automation, troubleshooting, monitoring, and infrastructure support in a secure enterprise environment., * Administer, configure, install, provision, and monitor Windows and Linux systems.

  • Perform datacenter maintenance, server patching, backups, and inventory management.
  • Deploy and support highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure in Azure Gov and AWS Gov environments.
  • Develop automation for provisioning, orchestration, resiliency, and CI/CD processes.
  • Build and maintain infrastructure deployment pipelines alongside engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Install and configure Windows Server environments on VMware and physical servers.
  • Support NetApp storage infrastructure.
  • Generate hardware and software compliance reports using SCCM.
  • Coordinate with vendors for technical support and upgrades.
  • Participate in on-call support for critical infrastructure issues.

Requirements

  • Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 administration.
  • Linux (RHEL 8/9/10) administration.
  • VMware virtualization management.
  • Azure and AWS cloud administration.
  • Datacenter operations and management.
  • System monitoring tools (SolarWinds Orion preferred).
  • DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.
  • TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
  • Technical documentation and troubleshooting skills.
  • NetApp storage administration.
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • CI/CD automation and infrastructure provisioning experience., * 7-10 years of Systems Administration experience.
  • 2-3+ years of Azure and AWS cloud experience.
  • 5+ years supporting networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and infrastructure support background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
